These terms apply when you download or play any game published by TheroGames, and when you use this website. TheroGames is the name under which Alexandru Pop, an individual based in Romania, publishes games and runs this website. By playing our games, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
Using our games
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and play our games on your own devices, for your own non-commercial use. The games, including their art, music, code and names, belong to us or the people we licensed them from.
You may not:
- copy, modify, sell or redistribute our games or any part of them;
- try to extract their source code, except where the law allows it;
- cheat, use modified versions of a game, or exploit bugs to get paid items for free;
- use our games to break the law.
Purchases and virtual items
Purchases are made through Google Play and are covered by Google Play's terms and refund policy. The price is shown in the game before you buy.
Virtual items such as coins, gems and skins have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money. Buying one gives you a licence to use it in the game. Updates may change how items work, but we will not take away items you paid for, except where needed for security or required by law.
Purchases that remove or skip ads, such as Shapper's No Ads and Skyhop's Skip Ads, stay with your Google account and are restored through Google Play when you reinstall the game.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. For digital items delivered straight away, you agree at checkout that delivery starts immediately, and the right of withdrawal ends once it does. This does not affect your rights if something you bought is faulty or never arrives.
Ads
Our games are free to play and are paid for by ads and optional purchases. The Privacy Policy explains how ads use your data and how to change your choices.
Online features and availability
Some features, such as ads, purchases, leaderboards and cloud saves, need an internet connection, and your mobile provider may charge you for the data. Leaderboards, achievements and cloud saves are provided through Google Play Games. We may update a game, change or remove features, or stop offering a game. You need to accept updates to keep playing.

Our responsibility
We make our games with care, but we provide them as they are and cannot promise they will always work without errors or interruptions. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, or your rights as a consumer.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, and the date at the top shows the current version. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
